Returning a product to pool cue mart

We will take back any standard product within 6 Months of purchase, as long as it is still in its original (new) condition and contains all pieces, etc. Engraved items are not returnable.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the new item within 6 months of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping, handling, or other charges (On items shipped for free, the actual cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from the refund).
New cue refund EXAMPLE.  Lets use a $100 cue as an example
An average cost to ship a cue is $15.
Returned NEW product will get a maximum $85 refunded.

Clarification for not new AKA used products:
Used products can be returned but you will need to fill out the return form. We will contact you for more info if needed. We will provide the maximum refund possible minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.

Used cue refund EXAMPLE. 
Lets use a $100 cue as an example
An average cost to ship a cue is $15.
A resale value on an almost perfect $100 used cue is $60. Let's say we refund the max back to the original purchaser = $60.
We resell that cue for $60 and you may think "You made money on both sales." Not true.

Yes cue is sold for $60 but we had to pay for that cue too.
Then add in these costs:
Payment processing fees (most, if not all, are not refunded even if we issue a refund)
Boxes. Most are not reusable.
General supplies - Tape, labels, etc.
Labor.

At most we will break even but most likely we will have lost money on those transactions.
